From simple breath exercises and easy tapping and clearing techniques to relieve stress and pain, or crystals to enhance healing, to Reiki or guided meditations, I can provide tools for you to help yourself flow through physical and emotional challenges more easily. I can also recommend other practitioners and classes that may be appropriate.
