Rhythmic shamanic drumming meditations are a more dynamic form of meditation and unlike most meditation styles which encourage you to clear your thoughts, shamanic meditations are purposeful in their action. While still providing deep relaxation, shamanic meditation is used to find solutions and help make decisions when you are blocked with indecision or unable to think clearly.
These guided meditations usually last between 20 and 30 minutes with 10 or so minutes afterward for you to record and discuss your impressions.
