In addition to Reiki, I am also a certified Eden Energy Method Practitioner which uses specific techniques to activate the body’s natural healing ability. This can help to restore vital energies that have become weak, disturbed or out of balance. With Eden Energy Method, it is possible to determine where the energy imbalances are and to correct them. Whereas Reiki is more non-specific and more chakra-based, Eden Energy Method also addresses chakra imbalances, but largely utilizes meridians both for testing and corrections. Eden Energy Method also works with the body’s polarities and aura. The best part is that in each session, I am able to teach you simple movements or stretches and points for you to hold or rub at home that will reinforce the balancing work we do in a session. You will find it relaxing like Reiki during clearing and rebalancing techniques that will focus on your needs.
As with Reiki, Eden Energy Method does not aim to diagnose or cure any disease or condition. However, with any energy-based practice, simply finding imbalances in the body’s energy systems and correcting them is often enough to trigger or allow the body to release pain or emotional stress, or stimulate a return to normal healthy function and vitality. Eden Energy Method is complementary to western medicine and safe for all ages.

Sessions
An initial session usually lasts about 90 minutes and subsequent sessions about 60 minutes. Of course that is dependent on your needs and health goals. As with Reiki, you will remain fully clothed (except for shoes). Initial session is 100 dollars at my location, follow-up sessions are 50 dollars. Sessions at your location (Within 10 mile radius) – charge to be determined by distance and type of session. Please call or email with any questions.
